What Happens if I need to Cancel my Visit?
We appreciate that sometimes, things just don't go to plan. However, should you need to cancel a visit, we will require 10 working days notice. This can be done either verbally or in writing to your account manager.
Unfortunately, any requests outside this period will be subject to a £250 cancellation fee. This is to cover the lost works for our auditors who are all self-employed.
